Agents that operate your applications
the way a person on your team would.

You describe the process in plain language. The agent runs it on the desktop or in the browser of a machine you own, checks every step against the system itself and delivers verified results, with a full history.

How it works
  • No API or integrations
  • Sealed credentials
  • Nothing irreversible without permission

41,000+

2.6 min

Median duration of a completed run

Platform data, July to September 2026. Checks: since September 5. Duration: median over the last 30 days.

The problem

Some processes are still done by hand because nothing reaches them.

No API, no integration

Supplier portals, legacy ERPs, document managers, spreadsheets: the information is there, but you only get to it with clicks.

Coordinate-based RPA breaks

A button that moves two pixels or an unexpected popup takes the script down, and nobody knows what happened until the result is missing.

A demo is not evidence

A nice video proves one happy path. A business process needs to know what was done, what was checked and where it stopped.

The solution

A software operator that looks, asks the system and acts.

Vernetica Agents runs processes in applications that have no API. It looks at the screen, queries the system’s accessibility tree to know what is under the pointer and acts with mouse and keyboard, with no integrations or brittle scripts.

01

A mission in plain language

What has to be done, with which credentials, which input files and which result is expected. No programming.

02

Two engines: Computer and Browser

The Computer engine controls the machine with mouse and keyboard in any Windows or macOS application. The Browser engine specialises in websites.

03

Results you can prove

It measures the effect of each action, checks the mission phases and the delivered files. When it cannot verify something, it says so and does not assume it.

How it works

From mission to result, with evidence at every step.

Every run is recorded with its screenshots, decisions, costs and checks. What you see in the history is what happened.

01

Describe the process

Mission, credentials sealed for the target machine, input files and the result to deliver.

02

The agent observes and acts

It combines the screenshot with the system’s accessibility tree to identify the exact control before clicking or typing.

03

It verifies what it does

It measures the effect of each action, checks the phases with the system and matches deliverables against disk and storage.

04

It delivers and learns

Files in the workspace storage, a complete history and recipes that speed up the next run.

Learning

Every run makes the next one faster.

The agent remembers the path that worked and reuses it on the same platform.

Recipes

What it learns is reused: within a run, the first invoice can take 25 turns and the second, 3.

Generated instructions

From successful runs, the process can draft its own instructions for you to review.

Per-site skills

Editable notes on what to know about each website or application, shared across processes.

Scheduling

It runs when it should, even when you’re away.

Launch a process by hand or schedule it, and choose which machine runs it.

Any frequency

Every 2, 6 or 12 hours, daily, weekly, monthly, once or custom.

It protects itself

After repeated failures it pauses, and if the machine was off it makes a single catch-up run.

Inputs and outputs

It receives input files and uploads what it delivers to “Files”, ready to download as a ZIP.

Control and trust

Built so you can trust what it reports.

The agent tells “does not apply” from “could not verify”, asks for help when an action is sensitive and leaves every decision traced.

Credentials in a vault

They are encrypted in your browser with the public key of the machine that will run the process. The server never sees them in the clear.

Your machines, your control

Agents run on devices linked to your workspace: a laptop, a Mac mini or a virtual machine.

Escalation to a person

Facing a sensitive action or a loop without progress, the run pauses, notifies you and waits for your instruction.

Visible costs

Each run shows its steps, duration and model cost, so you can decide where automation pays off.

Who it’s for

Teams with repetitive processes in applications that only understand clicks.

Operations

Orders, sign-ups and lookups that today go through three applications and one patient person.

Finance and administration

Invoices from supplier portals, reports exported to PDF and public administration forms.

Technology

Automate what has no API without maintaining brittle scripts, with traces you can audit.

Typical cases

  • Download your suppliers’ invoices from their websites every month and save them in your folder
  • Fill in and submit a procedure on a government website with your company’s details
  • Enter the orders that arrive by email into your management software
  • Pull the monthly report from the accounting software and send it as a PDF to the right people
  • Set up a new team member in every program the company uses
  • Check on the carrier’s website where each shipment is and note it in your list

FAQ

What we get asked before starting.

No. The agent works with the interface, like a person: screen, mouse and keyboard. If the application exposes accessibility, it uses it to identify controls precisely; if not, it relies on vision and says so.

On machines you own, linked to the workspace: a Windows laptop or PC, an Apple Silicon Mac or a virtual machine. You approve each device.

They are encrypted in your browser with the public key of the machine that will run the process. They travel sealed and only that machine can open them; the AI model only sees placeholders, never the secret.

Each run keeps screenshots, every decision and the measured effect of each action. Phases are checked with the system and delivered files are matched against disk and storage. Anything that could not be verified shows up as such.

The run pauses, notifies you and waits for an instruction. You can give it a hint, continue or cancel. Payments and deletions are always confirmed.

Yes: every few hours, daily, weekly, monthly or custom. The machine has to be on; if it wasn’t, it makes a catch-up run.

Each run shows its steps, duration and the cost of the models it used, so the history tells you where automation pays off.
