The problem

Video training gets lost between links and folders.

Hours of video nobody can follow

Long recordings with no chapters, no search and no way to know where you left off.

Access without control

Links that get forwarded, folders shared too widely and no way of knowing who sees what.

What is explained can’t be found

Knowledge gets stuck inside the video: you can’t search it, quote it or reuse it.

Features

Everything a video course needs, in one place.

A player built for long content, personal study tools and an admin area that lets you decide who sees what.

How it works

From video file to course, with no technical steps.

You upload and organise. Media processes every video and gets it ready to watch.

01

Upload your videos

Drag a whole folder into the browser or use the desktop app for Windows and Mac.

02

They process themselves

Each video is converted for streaming and gets a thumbnail, preview strip and transcript. You watch the progress live.

03

Organise and grant access

Move it to its folder, attach the PDFs, make it visible and decide who can watch it.

04

Your team learns

Everyone sees their courses, takes notes, saves clips and searches the transcripts.

Transcription

Every video, with its transcript. Automatically.

Media transcribes each video while processing it, detects the language and turns what is said into searchable text.

Search what was said, and where

Find a sentence across every transcript at once and jump to the exact moment in the video.

Download it as Word

With timestamps or as continuous narration, and several at once in a ZIP.

Editable

Admins can correct any transcript, and the subtitles update with it.

Desktop app

Upload hours of video from your computer.

Vernetica Media Uploader, for Windows and Mac, processes videos on your own machines and uploads them ready to play.

Whole folders at once

Drag in the files or the course folder. Supports mp4, mov, mkv, webm and other common formats.

Live processing queue

Each video shows its phase and percentage while it is converted, transcribed and uploaded.

Transcribed on your machine

Transcription runs on the computer itself, without sending the audio to external AI services.

Who it’s for

For anyone who teaches with video and wants to decide who watches it.

Training companies

Long HD courses for learners who need to resume, search and download the material.

Internal teams

Onboarding, recorded training and processes explained on video, with access per team.

Agencies and consultancies

A private library per client, with their own folders, documents and users.

Common uses

  • A video onboarding programme for every new hire
  • Recorded training sessions and webinars, organised by course
  • Client material with access limited to their folder
  • Each lesson’s PDFs right next to its video
  • Finding in seconds which session explained something
  • Resuming a long course exactly where you left off

Security

Your content, only for the people you choose.

Access is enforced in the database itself, streaming is protected and you can use your own storage.

Two conditions for access

A person only sees a video if they have been given access and it is published. Being an admin is not enough.

Protected streaming

Video goes through an authenticated proxy and the real storage addresses are encrypted.

Your own storage

Each workspace can connect its own Cloudflare R2 account. Credentials are stored encrypted.

Data in the EU

The database is hosted in Ireland and all traffic goes over HTTPS.
